Hi I’m Britani! I’ve been in the industry for 19 years. I’ve done hair in many different places and learned a lot along the way. Currently behind the chair I’m loving doing hand painted balayage color!

I graduated from the Capilo Institute in 2017. I’ve been fortunate to have many experiences and opportunities in my short time as a hairdresser. When I’m not working on the business end of things with Britani…my favorite things behind the chair are babylight blonding, some vivid specialty colors, and doing on-site wedding hair!

I’m a 1987 graduate of HeadHunter II School of Hair Design. I enjoy many aspects of hairdressing, with a passion for haircutting & design…There’s nothing more rewarding than making a connection with my client, and creating a new & refreshing style that perfectly reflects their lifestyle and desires.

I live in Jefferson, and graduated Lincoln Academy in 2019. I went directly into pursuing my passion for the beauty industry, and graduated from Aveda institute in the fall of 2021. I’m looking forward to starting my career here at B&Co!
Amy Sidelinger

I am beyond excited to be a part of this wonderful co-op of women here at B&Co! I am a graduate of Spa Tech Institute in Westbrook, ME and have been in the industry for ten years. I started my career in Portland where I worked until moving to Nobleboro in 2016. I worked locally for several years before stepping away from behind the chair to start my family. I’m a *product junkie* and a former cutting and product educator for Eufora International. My career has taken me to California several times for continued education and I’m constantly striving to better myself as a stylist. I take pride in offering a thorough consultation and specialize in all things curly hair, precision haircuts and modern foil placements. When I’m not playing with hair, my days are consumed by my 18 month old twins, Zac & Ember!

I have 19 years experience as an ER nurse, forensic examiner, and medical aesthetic practitioner. I take a natural and discreet approach to medical cosmetic enhancement. I value maintaining my trainings in the latest technologies and trends, and giving highly personalized care to my clients.

Alissa brings a combination of her training in acupuncture and Zero Balancing to B&Co, in order to support the overall care that is given to its clients. Whether the ailment is physical, emotional, or psychological…acupuncture and Zero Balancing addresses each of these aspects of a person from the inside out. test

I’m Leilah (pronounced Lee-Luh) It’s been such a journey since I’ve started at B&Co but I have never felt more at home! I graduated from Aveda Institute in June of 2022 but have been practicing nail services for about 3 years prior and I’m so happy about my nail journey thus far! I’m always looking to broaden my horizons and improve my skills. I cannot wait to see where my time at B&Co takes me, alongside the best support group and girl-gang!

B&Co Salon offers a relaxing atmosphere. Brooke has cut, color, and styled my hair for over two years. She is a very talented colorist and her styled cuts hold up beautifully between visits. Both stylists are dedicated to learned and applying new color techniques. So fun to see the clients before and after. Just treated to a new product line of shampoo, conditioner, and serum with amazing results. Each visit is a real treat.
